The 21 Stages of Meditation: A Journey to the Self

For the first time in Kansas City, at the KC Kundalini Yoga Center -- 6 powerful days of Meditation during 2 sessions - July 22-24 and August 5-7. Take one or both weekends. Previous experience with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is not required.

The Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) has developed this program to give everyone the opportunity to broaden the scope of what you understand meditation to be and open new doors of perception in your life and in your practice.

The goal is clear: happiness. The nature of meditation is well-defined: refine the mind and elevate your awareness. The path is open: deepen your meditation through each of the 21 Stages of Meditation in order to realize your Self. KRI has described the states of consciousness that are crossed by those who use the power of meditation to enhance their lives through the pursuit of happiness and peace of mind.

The meditations form 3 Journeys. The experiences of one stage support the progress in the next stage. The benefit of each meditation stands on its own; but the added benefit of practicing an entire journey comes from the intensity of the practice when done in sequence, within a concentrated period of time and in a community of practitioners.
• The Crystallized Self. Recognize, experience and crystallize the Self. It is this crystallized sense of Self that is needed for consciousness to work.
• The Expressive Self. Develop a sensitivity to the Self. In the second journey we maintain our integrity in action and ultimately find the stillness within each action.
• The Transcendent Self. You become You, nothing more, nothing less. In this journey, we become realized human beings.
Hosted by Lead Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Trainers, Karta Purkh Singh & Sat Inder Kaur, the teaching team also includes Ranbir Agiapal Kaur from Oklahoma and Dukh Niwaran Kaur from Chicago.

Early registration Tuition for both weekends is $700 if paid in full by 7/10/17; $800 if paid by August 5. Each weekend is $400 if paid 10 days in advance or $450 at the door. Payment plans are available with permission of the trainers. Vegetarian lunches are included each day.
