CLASS: All About the BArista

Thinking of opening your own cafe? Or maybe you are a working barista, brainwashed from past cafe experiences; you’re loving the idea what you do, but you’re just not sure if you’re doing it right. This novice level skill building workshop will better familiarize you to the basics of brewing great tasting espresso, steaming milk, and rocking an espresso bar.

Using the Specialty Coffee Association of America’s protocols and procedures, this class will align you with professional industry standards giving you a solid foundation that you can apply to your own coffee program. Through lecture, mock bar exercises & drills, we will learn how to consistently prepare great tasting espresso and steam milk while exploring strategies for increasing speed & productivity. Prepare to be caffeinated!
