A more recent innovation in the professional coffee world, scales make a coffee blueprint possible. They allow us to communicate how we achieve consistent flavors or provide a start point for someone using the same coffee miles (or km) away. Scales are the guide to “roughly right”, but scales are the map, not the journey itself.

Enter a realm beyond weights and measures, taking a deeper look into the skills, techniques and attention to detail that take espresso from ”good” to “amazing”. In this session we will explore the details that you, the true coffee maker, can hone and refine to gain mastery over flavor.
